A Dictator?

When I see people turn at me and say "you won in your usual way", it makes me feel a little nervous and tensed. Especially when there is an argument and I want to make the oppenent party feel my realistic issues in solving the argument towards my side, most of them feel I am dictating terms. Never in my life was I a dictator to anyone nor did I think to become one.

I only dictated terms to myself. Somehow it should have fallen out slowly and has started showing upon others when they try to win any battle of arguments with me... Time to re-establish standards of argument for me.

I wanted to be honest to myself and asked people around me if they felt me as a dictator and to my surprize I found most of them say yes. But everyone had an opinion that I am approachable for any issue that needs solution. Never mind, I need to get out of the "dictator" image I have.

I don't want to be harsh...

but my ans is

if your point is right u can make him/her realize why ur point is right.

But this won't hold good if you or other person whom u are trying to put ur point have a attitude problem with each other where most of the time the conclusion is predetermined before the discussion by both of them.

Qualification

As promised in my last blog, i discuss on the qualification needed for software industry in the present world. I disclose at this point of time that it is purely my vision on the industry and nothing to do with pointing against other's opinions. Most of the companies while recruiting freshers only prefer ENGINEERING graduates to any other arts or science grads. I just had to do some sort of analysis before i blogged about it and indeed did some ground work for the same. I contacted some of my college and school friends who are now working in various MNCs as software engineers/programmers/analysts etc... Sunny, My friend, as i said in my previous blog is a Math grad. When a Software company calls for freshers, it is a clear point that they mention "Candidates with excellent academic records and aptitude and attidue are needed". But they still stick to the point that they need only ENGG grads for those posts. If at all they need other grads, they specify the...

Thiruppachi!!!!

Yesterday night show I went to Thiruppachi. Hmmm atleast this time around i didnt feel bored. Definitely this film is better than MADHURA. Hats off to the director for trying something new... oops not the story, but i meant the screenplay. A typical film for Vijay fans. Although i am not a Vijay fan, I admire him. Lots of senti in the film. Looks like ladies will like it for sure. Nothing can come near my God's next movie.... "Chandramukhi".

A Weekend to remember

It was indeed a long weekend for me and a weekend to remember for the rest of my life. I went on a vacation (or rather an extended picnic) to Vizag. My uncle called up my family to join in his house warming and thats all the reason I needed to enjoy a fabulous weekend in and around Vizag. Here are my visits on a daily basis from saturday to Tuesday. Saturday: We went to a place called Simmachalam where Lord Narashimha is famous for, followed by another Sai Seer Mutt. Sunday: It was the house warming day. In the evening we went to Kailasha giri, where lord Shiva and Parvathi's statues are made of white stone and kept in an open place. It is a sort of hangout for the Vizagans and since it is on a hill top, we could have a view of whole Vizag city in the evening with lights. Really worth spending time there and get yourself relaxed. Monday: This was a full day trip planned to go for only 2 places. One is Arukku which is a Hill station (probably like Yercaud, not anywhere ...
