Hello World

A bit puzzled at the title? well thats an indication of my profession to some extent. This whole title and next few of them will be something to describe about me. Well the name for the blog is kept as "LIFE IS TO ENJOY". i am a firm believer of this phrase.

Whatever we do in our lives ultimately is to be happy and enjoy our stay in this world. Ok let me get back to my title once again. "HELLO WORLD". well i am a software engineer and so, while learning several programming languages (did i really?) the first program would be a display of HELLO WORLD. so, i followed the same principle here.

"So, what will be the motto of starting this blog?" will be the question in for all the people reading this. i asked this to myself several times before actually planning to write it. the answer i could tell to myself (and now to you) is "Let me start first, then decide on the motto". this is because, throughout my life i was so inconsistant. will i be consistant in this effort?

The answer to the question would be GOK - God Only Knows. Let me hope i could provide some useful experiences i face (and faced) in my life to the people following me through this blog and of course seek comments from them on this.

One more kind request for people going through this is that i am very poor in english grammar and splelling. kindly bear with me for those mistakes.... hope you have a great time while reading my blog... please do not forget to post your views and expectations in my blog.

Qualification

As promised in my last blog, i discuss on the qualification needed for software industry in the present world. I disclose at this point of time that it is purely my vision on the industry and nothing to do with pointing against other's opinions. Most of the companies while recruiting freshers only prefer ENGINEERING graduates to any other arts or science grads. I just had to do some sort of analysis before i blogged about it and indeed did some ground work for the same. I contacted some of my college and school friends who are now working in various MNCs as software engineers/programmers/analysts etc... Sunny, My friend, as i said in my previous blog is a Math grad. When a Software company calls for freshers, it is a clear point that they mention "Candidates with excellent academic records and aptitude and attidue are needed". But they still stick to the point that they need only ENGG grads for those posts. If at all they need other grads, they specify the...

Thiruppachi!!!!

Yesterday night show I went to Thiruppachi. Hmmm atleast this time around i didnt feel bored. Definitely this film is better than MADHURA. Hats off to the director for trying something new... oops not the story, but i meant the screenplay. A typical film for Vijay fans. Although i am not a Vijay fan, I admire him. Lots of senti in the film. Looks like ladies will like it for sure. Nothing can come near my God's next movie.... "Chandramukhi".

A Weekend to remember

It was indeed a long weekend for me and a weekend to remember for the rest of my life. I went on a vacation (or rather an extended picnic) to Vizag. My uncle called up my family to join in his house warming and thats all the reason I needed to enjoy a fabulous weekend in and around Vizag. Here are my visits on a daily basis from saturday to Tuesday. Saturday: We went to a place called Simmachalam where Lord Narashimha is famous for, followed by another Sai Seer Mutt. Sunday: It was the house warming day. In the evening we went to Kailasha giri, where lord Shiva and Parvathi's statues are made of white stone and kept in an open place. It is a sort of hangout for the Vizagans and since it is on a hill top, we could have a view of whole Vizag city in the evening with lights. Really worth spending time there and get yourself relaxed. Monday: This was a full day trip planned to go for only 2 places. One is Arukku which is a Hill station (probably like Yercaud, not anywhere ...
