Curtains to Olympics

Well it was thrilling two weeks of sporting in Athens this time. My two eyes were not enough to witness all the games and actions that happened in the Olympics. Although I missed a major portion of the action in TV, I used to see a one hour of variety sports from 10 PM to 11 PM in TV. Thats the only time I could see them. But I enjoyed a lot. The spirit was never missing in the sportsperson's heart.

One worry I have is that of the performance of the Indian crew at Athens. Well I am not gonna write against them or for them. I just wanna mention that I expected a lot from them. Hats off to Major Rathore for the face saving Silver medal at Athens. Long live Olympic spirit.

Qualification

As promised in my last blog, i discuss on the qualification needed for software industry in the present world. Thiruppachi!!!!

Yesterday night show I went to Thiruppachi. Hmmm atleast this time around i didnt feel bored. Definitely this film is better than MADHURA. Hats off to the director for trying something new... oops not the story, but i meant the screenplay. A typical film for Vijay fans. Although i am not a Vijay fan, I admire him. Lots of senti in the film. Looks like ladies will like it for sure. Nothing can come near my God's next movie.... "Chandramukhi".

A Weekend to remember

It was indeed a long weekend for me and a weekend to remember for the rest of my life. I went on a vacation (or rather an extended picnic) to Vizag. My uncle called up my family to join in his house warming and thats all the reason I needed to enjoy a fabulous weekend in and around Vizag. Here are my visits on a daily basis from saturday to Tuesday. Saturday: We went to a place called Simmachalam where Lord Narashimha is famous for, followed by another Sai Seer Mutt. Sunday: It was the house warming day. In the evening we went to Kailasha giri, where lord Shiva and Parvathi's statues are made of white stone and kept in an open place. It is a sort of hangout for the Vizagans and since it is on a hill top, we could have a view of whole Vizag city in the evening with lights. Really worth spending time there and get yourself relaxed.
